PayMIR business is regulated by the legislation of Hong Kong and the personal data processing is conducted according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the PDPO). PayMIR Data Protection Supervisory Authority in terms of data protection is the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).
